We will introduce a case where a floor-type SCLH and a vertical-type SCLV were combined to build a line.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "scrap conveyor (scraper)" used in the motor core press lamination line in China at San-Ei. We constructed the line by combining the floor-type SCLH and the vertical-type SCLV. The installation location is a factory in the Tohoku region! Introducing a case study of a scraper-type conveyor.

We manufactured an "automotive parts press scrap conveyor" based on a large SCLV with a frame width of 1000mm. The conveyor was installed inside a pit dug in the factory building, extending through the wall to transport scrap to an external scrap box, creating a layout that facilitates this process.
